Modular exhibition stand system on hire

This modular stand system (BeMatrix) provides a purpose made look on hire. It’s robust, reusable, light, easy to handle & transport. At exhibition venues it reduces the time to install and dismantle compared with purpose made or custom stands.

The modular BeMatrix system can be used with custom supplied elements to suit the individual requirements of an exhibition stand or event.

With this modular BeMatrix system there is very little of the waste normally associated with purpose made custom exhibition stands or the refurbishment costs of reuse.

Custom built exhibition stands

Farnborough International Airshow

The first temporary outdoor structure built over four levels & a total area of 2125sqm. Planet 4 Events worked closely with the Thales events team to project manage the build & infrastructure of the site. This included the building structure itself, purpose made indoor & outdoor exhibition areas, press meeting areas, general meeting rooms, a dining room for 300 sittings a day, kitchens, bar areas & an observation platform. The project took some 6 months to manage & nearly 2 months to install.

Raytheon and STEM

Supporting education in Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths (STEM), and featuring the UK Quadcopter Challenge. A versatile 32sqm custom stand and drone flying cage that has been deployed at events and air shows across the UK.

We source & design graphics for a number of pop-up exhibition systems widely available. From simple pull-up banners to more sophisticated & adaptable modular solutions, we can provide the right ‘look and feel’ to suit any budget or any event.
